2. Payment & Fees

• All program fees must be paid in full before gaining access to the course.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• Program prices are subject to change. However, changes will not affect fees already paid.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the course has started or access has been granted.
• Tokens or booking amounts are strictly non-refundable.

4. Course Access

• Access to course content is granted only to the enrolled user.
• Sharing login credentials, course materials, or recordings with others is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if any misuse or violation is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Product Job.ai.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only.
• Reproducing, sharing, or distributing course materials without written permission is a violation of our Terms and may lead to legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

All students must:

• Be respectful toward instructors and fellow learners.
• Avoid any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
• Refrain from plagiarism or submitting others’ work as their own.         
• Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of access without any refund.

7. Placement Assistance

• Product Job.ai facilitates placement opportunities by connecting with 200 to 300 companies each year.
• We provide interview preparation, resume support, and company access as part of the program.
• However, we do not guarantee job placement, salary hikes, or any specific career outcomes.
• Final hiring decisions are at the discretion of the recruiting companies and depend on your performance and eligibility.

8. Disclaimers

• We are an education provider and not responsible for external hiring outcomes.
• We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the course content.
• No guarantees are made regarding career success or job offers.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Product Job.ai will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your participation in the course.
• Technical issues, server downtime, or failures of third-party platforms are outside our control.
• We are not responsible for loss of data or opportunities due to reliance on or misuse of course content.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
